1:30pm Welcome Circle:
Grounding exercise, gift bags, introductions and a run through of our weekend together.
2:00 pm Vinyasa Class + Chakra Ritual
An all-levels flow class to get us connected through movement and breath! We will end this class with chakra work designed to open your chakras.
4:00pm Paddle Boarding w/ Girls On Boards
Surround yourself in the amphitheatre of nature and immerse yourself in this beautifully guided Stand Up Paddle Boarding Yoga experience. We'll start the event on the beach of the Wolfville Reservoir where you will be guided on the basics of getting on your paddle board and aided in getting into the water and finding your initial balance.
Once we have set up, we'll settle in for a guided hatha style yoga practice on the paddle boards, finding new ways to find balance and also play a little.
We'll close the practice with a little more time to paddle and play on the reservoir and then head back to the shore refreshed, reflective and balanced.

6:00 Guided meditation & journaling
After our afternoon of movement and connection, we will slow down and reflect. Be guided through a calming meditation using breath and body awareness to access a heightened vibration. Then, receive a series of writing prompts for a guided journaling session. (Journals will be provided)
7:00pm Pizza & Movie Night @ studio
We’ll order deliver from our neighbors at the Naked Crepe. They have delicious crepes, pizzas, salads and many vegan and gluten free options.
While we eat, we will project ‘The Goddess Project’ movie on the studio wall.

10am: Self Massage Class
Learn how to give yourself a full massage treatment so you can practice self-love anytime, anywhere!
The workshop will include:
A brief lesson on anatomy, the principles of massage therapy, how to avoid injury and pain. You'll also learn how to release the sympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to relax.
11:30pm : Yin + Reiki + Live Music
Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy. During this class you will receive a powerful and healing reiki treatment by 2 reiki masters and soothed with a beautiful acoustic live set by local musician and yoga teacher, Sarah Pound.
12:30 pm: Ayuveda + Womens Health Talk
Learn how Ayurveda practices can can help with common issues women face. We will also take a look at our lunar cycles and learn how to LOVE within our cycles. How eating specific foods and practicing mindfulness activites can create hormonal regulation and relieve symptoms.
1:30pm: Lunch, Vegan and catered by local chef.
2:00pm Red Tent Circle With Angie Jenkins, Herbalist
Long ago, women had a place to go. A place to be with other women, to share wisdom, to heal, and ultimately, to empower one another. This space was sacred. This space was the Red Tent.
We will create a sacred place where you are welcomed and have the opportunity to you share your story, speak your truth and honor your path.We will give and to receive compassion, understanding and empathy.Being a Herbalist, Angie will offer herbs and advice to help with any issues.
Kirtan is an ancient Indian yogic practice of singing or chanting from the heart. It's a celebration, a meditation, a rejuvenation — and a powerful way to connect both with yourself and with community.

Close your eyes and drift into your highest consciousness. This guided mediation will incorporate breathing, chakras with a focus on connecting to your womanhood.
6:00pm: Closing circle
An opportunity to share your experience over the last two days.
7:00pm: Vineyard Tour & Dinner at a local winery.
We will treat our senses at a local vineyard. We'll learn about wine production in the Valley and feast on delicious food before we say our goodbyes.
